"We have nice things, and I like them"

I found myself walking through my house spontaneously today, commenting to my wife, "We have nice things, and I like them!" It was true. And I was full of joy. I was thinking and saying this because I really like our bed. But I had just reheated pizza in a new air fryer, and I had just had dinner that I thoroughly enjoyed. I was being silly saying my gratitude louder than normal, but I meant it. And my wife responded, not as silly, "Yes, we do... And I do, too." It was a moment of simple, 10-second celebration.
It was a simple moment.
This is what URENUF.life is all about: We celebrate contentment and look for wisdom. When we recognize the contentment, we enjoy it and say it aloud. We consider what makes life beautiful, good, and true. Today, for me, it was my bed after a filling meal. Many days it is coming around the corner and seeing my wife. Her physical presence makes me truly happy.
Comment below... anything. Big or small, what are you spontaneously grateful for, as you read this, and think about clean bedding, a good meal, a body that eliminates waste, or the beauty of a sunrise, sunset, or a long bike ride? Now say it out loud.
